At that point, the city guard popped up. ...and popped up again. ...and popped up again. An endless loop, never letting me respond... I only had one possible action...
I used my power. Repeatedly, until I got below my token capacity. The city guard went away, and Death appeared.
I corrupted Death. Two shiny corruption tokens, netting me three health tokens. Death went away... and came right back.
Hmm. I gave him some more tokens... he came right back. I gave him some more tokens... he came right back. I gave him my last three non-health tokens... he came right back.
Now I'm sitting there with a full inventory of health tokens, four of them shiny. HMM...
...I corrupted him with two shiny health tokens. City guard comes back. I give him all my new charisma tokens, and the extra health token.
Death reappears. And then... with a full inventory of health tokens...
I assume you can probably get out of it if you pay off Death the same number of times the City Guard looped at the start. For me that was a lot of times, though, so I didn't have much hope of getting out of it.
i think there's a bug. when i was on the map i put a shiny health token in for my power for the nurse to come see me after an event but it was glitch and all i could do was putting my last health token in the power and die
Hi, I really like your game! It's quiete fun to play, I just wanted to let you know that i found a bug on the browser game. My party is stuck and one character is saying the same line again and again. I don't know if it's just a personal bug, but wanted to let your team know.
A fun little game! Great art, fun stories, and unique gameplay. Would love to see this expanded with more classes, and maybe a few more uses for corruption, but overall a solid title.
had a bug where the text boxes only had strip of black in the center but the top and bottom where white so I couldn't read the text on the top or bottom, not sure how to fix.
this game is genuinely fun! Def would recommend, has a certain charm, in the art and concept! If you're looking for an easy to learn, hard to master game with fun characters I would def give this game a shot!
Love it. Found a bug, though. Had a two slot expansion, when I was rewarded some coins. Enforcer comes to confiscate, says I know the drill in the dialog, but then keeps saying it over and over in an endless loop
Managed to break the loop using the corruption power for my character, which killed me (I think I used my last health initially to pay for something, so spending that put me below the enforcer's limit maybe?)
Although when I got past Death, the enforcer arrived, i got past him by dumping the excess, and then death returned as if I had no health, when I do... Endless loop until I accept Death. I feel a bit young for this :)
Also, token placement highlighting doesn't line up, sometimes I wind up having to put a token in a strange spot to get it to highlight so I can place it
Managed to get it again by giving the enforcer my last life token, the prompt to give him more disappeared this time, I used the corruption power and then I got caught in the loop. I give enough to the enforcer after dealing with Death, Death thinks I don't have any health tokens remaining and the loop repeats

I can confirm that it's reproducible. The exact same thing happened to me. Difference was that I got out of the cycle.

It feels like a reigns-like game, but an idea with tokens is definetly something new
